I've got my 1 and only 20 miler in prep for Boston planned on Monday this week. I squeeked out 48 miles last week (only because I ran 5 days instead of 4) and will end up around 41 miles this week after an 8k race on Sunday. Someone at Harry's Spring Run-off (THANK YOU) was kind and gave me a free entry into the race this weekend, so I am calling that my "speed" work for the week since the fastest I ran was 7:30s for 10 miles.
My mom has got her Around the Bay race which is a 30 km race. She is ON FIRE right now. Her and her girlfriend are going after their training. So AWESOME! And Boston is just around the corner. I am soooo looking forward to embracing that entire experience.
